Principal Structural Engineer

**Job Description:** As a potential candidate, you will be responsible for communicating with clarity in various discussions, presentations, and communications with clients and internal senior leaders. Your approach will be based on tested facts, logical reasoning, and evidence from your experience. Your verbal and written communication skills should be succinct, presentable, and confident to lead presentations effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrating business acumen by understanding financial and commercial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), leading Level of Efforts (LOEs), project delivery planning, defining scope, time commitments, and identifying core bid team members. - Utilizing market/domain knowledge and strategic thinking to actively contribute to initiatives that have a market and strategic impact. You will lead various projects and activities in this regard. Qualifications Required: - Experience in leading core domain aspects in pursuits and managing medium-sized bids. - Ability to handle client interface with minimal senior leader intervention. - Taking accountability for project delivery, serving as a technical reviewer, and ensuring quality assurance and quality control. - Mentoring junior staff, conducting training sessions to develop specific capabilities, championing Learning and Development (L&D), and contributing to recruitments at a discipline level. - Leading value engineering workshops and innovation presentations for internal and external clients or peers. - Industry accreditation is preferred, or you should be in an advanced stage of obtaining a certification. - Actively participating in best practice knowledge sharing through platforms like Communities of Practices. - Leading the technical approach and delivery strategy on pursuits with an innovation mindset. - Serving in package/project leading roles as Project Manager (PM), Design Manager (DM), or Technical Lead for mid to large projects.
