Designation: Accredited Energy Auditor (AEA) No of Post: 06 Locations : State Capitals of UP, Rajasthan, Punjab, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh Role & responsibilities Lead and manage PAT-related activities across the assigned state(s) Coordinate with SDA and BEE, oversee technical reviews and compliance Submit periodic reports, support capacity building, and manage stakeholder engagement Travel and conduct field visits, assess reports (Form 1/2/3, MEA, M&V, etc.) Develop dashboards, awareness templates, and other strategic documentation Provide technical and managerial leadership in energy efficiency implementation Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's in Engineering with minimum 15 years' experience in Energy Management/O&M/Technical evaluation of energy saving projects or Master's in Engineering with 13 years of relevant experience Experience in policy implementation at state level, team leadership, and sector-specific experience under PAT (Iron & Steel, Aluminum, Fertilizer, Cement, Fertilizer, Railway, Thermal Power Plant, Petroleum Refinery etc.)

Responsibilities: Manage and supervise completion of state tax compliance for pass-through entities (Asset Management/Investment Fund clients). Review state tax work papers and state tax returns. Oversee technical review of extensions, estimated payments, withholding and composite tax calculations and associated state filings. Ability to integrate with overall tax team to review state tax returns and provide state tax consulting - including nexus studies, apportionment and sourcing analysis, voluntary disclosures, and other state tax consulting. Research and resolve technical state and local tax issues. Manage resource requirements, project workflow and budgets. Review state matrices and other client deliverables. Coach and develop associates and senior associates including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback. Qualifications: Bachelor s/Master s degree (preferably B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance) from an accredited college/university, CPA or EA is an added advantage 3+ years of US state and local tax experience in a public accounting firm or a corporate tax department Strong analytical, problem solving, detail oriented and excellent interpersonal skills Able to manage and drive multiple engagements Excellent research and writing skills

Fixture Design - Team Lead Experience and Qualification: - BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from recognised institute or equivalent 6-10 years experience in Fixture Design in Automotive or off-highway equipment engineering Working as Checker and Team Lead Handling the project independently Ability to work and lead on Concept Design, Design Execution, Detailing of Various types of fixtures especially MIG welding Fixtures. Ability to understand machining and manufacturing drawings of Fabrication, Sheetmetal, assembly. Ability to design & detailing using Creo in MBD ( Model Based Definition ) & Windchill. Ability to create 3D models and update existing 3D models of Automotive components and aggregates in Creo. Experience in conduct ing Technical Review with customer Preparing and checking of engineering specifications for tasks and new products. Integrate with design team and other cross functional teams to understand the task

Job Description : 1. Delivering DigiMech NPD programs in line with ABP and SBP Plan within stipulated timelines, efforts, and budgets: o Preparation of DigiMech NPD Plans jointly with the Project Manager. o Identification of critical paths. o Risk & Mitigation planning from time to time with Hardware design Reviews, DFMEA, and Milestone tracking. o Smooth execution of the Hardware design phase within stipulated targets. o Reduction of Electronics field defects in New and existing products. 2. DigiMech Programs Technical compliances & quality: o Conduct design reviews and initiate Hardware design interventions with development & electronics components suppliers, Electronics assembly suppliers. o Design validation through DFMEA, EDA simulations, robust hardware, environmental, EMI/EMC testing. o Hardware Design compliance to various international standards as defined by the Design & Innovation head. o Improvements in Electronics validation standards. o Hardware Reliability Improvements. o Delivery quality monitoring and Design Audits. o Product Benchmarking, Costing Analysis, and Value Engineering Initiatives through various Product simulations. 3. Driving Technology Innovations & Building of Strategic Product Roadmap (MGPP): o Research & Analysis of Technologies through desk research, external research, and Competitor Benchmarking. o Analysis, Insights, and Design Principles to arrive at Innovative Solutions & PoCs. o Building of Simulation competency roadmap. 4. Development Partners (Suppliers) Management: o Weekly Technical review with Design partners. o Design Audits, Milestone plan, monitoring & Technical risk mitigation. Internal o Process Improvement Initiatives. 5. Statutory Operational & Financial compliance requirements: o Tracking and Monitoring of REVEX & CAPEX expenses. o Internal statutory audits & closures of audit findings on time. 6. Organizational Imperatives: o Providing active support to all company-wide processes and initiatives such as Safety, Business Excellence, CII Clusters, IMS, CSR, Archives, etc. o L3 process improvements initiatives.
