• Technical Architecture & System Design
• Architect and design large-scale, high-performance systems across frontend, backend, and data layers
• Lead decisions on frameworks, tools, cloud technologies, and performance optimization strategies
• Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of all systems
• Lead development of dynamic, responsive UIs using ReactJS
• Build scalable RESTful services and backend systems using NodeJS
• Integrate third-party APIs, authentication layers, and microservices
• Build and deploy analytical models, automation scripts, and data processing pipelines using Python
• Work with data sets, predictive models, and visualization tools to drive business insights
• Integrate machine learning and statistical models into production environments when needed
• Mentor engineering teams and guide them in adopting best practices
• Collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Conduct code reviews, set coding standards, and improve engineering processes
• Provide technical direction for critical initiatives and ensure timely project execution
• Identify system bottlenecks and implement long-term scalable solutions
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial
• Ensure high-quality documentation, architecture diagrams, and knowledge sharing
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 10+ years of strong experience as a full-stack engineer or technical leader
• Advanced expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems
• Strong proficiency in Python, specifically for data analytics, automation, or machine learning
• Proven experience architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance systems
• Ability to lead engineering teams, mentor developers, and set technical standards
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset
• Ability to work independently while driving alignment across teams
• Passion for building high-quality products and improving engineering efficiency
