• Key Responsibilities:Academic & Administrative LeadershipOversee day-to-day school operations, academics, and administration.
• Maintain high standards of teaching, discipline, and student outcomes.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance of teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Ensure compliance with education board norms (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
• Drive academic innovation, extracurricular development, and student engagement.
• Business & Strategic DevelopmentCollaborate with the management to

• Franchising or branch expansion
• Identify and build partnerships with external vendors, corporates, and training organizations.
• Support marketing, admissions, and brand-building activities.
• Prepare business plans, growth forecasts, and monthly reports for new initiatives.
• Stakeholder EngagementBuild positive relationships with parents, students, staff, and the local community.
• Represent the school in educational fairs, conferences, and networking events.
• Work closely with trustees/investors for goal alignment and strategic planning.
