Key Responsibilities:

• Greet walk-in customers and understand their requirements in carpets, rugs, and home furnishing solutions.
• Assist clients in product selection based on their preferences, decor themes, and usage needs.
• Educate customers about the uniqueness of handcrafted rugs, quality standards, designs, materials, and pricing.
• Maintain the showroom display and visual merchandising to ensure products are presented in an appealing manner.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with backend and inventory teams for timely stock availability and customer delivery.
• Generate daily sales reports and update CRM or sales tracking software.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline; preference will be given to candidates from retail, interior, or home décor backgrounds.
• 2–5 years of retail sales experience; prior experience in

  carpets, rugs, or home furnishings

  will be strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.
• Basic computer skills

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (6 days a week)

Salary:

As per industry standards + Sales incentives
