As a Principal Full Stack .Net Developer, you will take a leading role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level supply chain applications. You will work across the full technology stack, including .NET, C#, ReactJS, and Java, delivering scalable solutions and robust APIs that drive business operations. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including architects, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders—you will ensure high-quality, secure, and compliant software. This role involves building automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and integration solutions, providing opportunities to influence architecture decisions and mentor junior engineers. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of enterprise digital platforms while contributing to a collaborative, technology-driven environment.
Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain supply chain web and portal applications using .NET, C#, ReactJS, and Java
- Design, implement, and manage automated unit, integration, and regression tests
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and deployment
- Collaborate with architects, SMEs, designers, and cybersecurity teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation and provide analysis and estimates for development tasks
- Ensure solutions comply with cybersecurity, privacy, and global trade requirements
- Design and implement integration solutions and APIs for effective data exchange across systems
- Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and maintain high availability and scalability of applications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or Advanced degree with 5+ years relevant experience) in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in full stack development with .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#
- Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, and modern UI frameworks
- Experience designing and working with REST and SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and API Management
- Familiarity with SQL databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and data frameworks such as Entity Framework
- Experience with version control tools (Git) and agile methodologies
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps tools like Azure DevOps preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across teams
- Prior experience with SAP integration, OpenAPI, or business technology platforms is a plus
