Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Principal Engineer based in Vadodara. The Principal Engineer will lead the design, development, and execution of technical projects while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include overseeing system architecture, optimizing performance, ensuring quality standards, and providing technical guidance to achieve project goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Expertise in System Architecture, Software Development, and Integration
• 6-12 years of hands-on backend experience
• Strong knowledge of Programming Languages and Tools (e.g., Python, Java, C++)
• Experience in Project Management, Team Leadership, and Technical Mentorship
• Problem-solving skills and ability to optimize system performance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Built or maintained ERP, POS, inventory, finance, or logistics systems
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and meet deadlines
