1. Serve as the single point of contact for coordination with the concerned Department and key stakeholders.
2. Lead and oversee the execution of all project tracks under the ICJS (Integrated Criminal Justice System) initiative.
3. Facilitate stakeholder consultations across Police, Judiciary, Prisons, Forensics, and Citizen Services to ensure alignment and collaboration.
4. Provide domain expertise in ICJS processes, including legal frameworks, governance structures, and inter-departmental workflows.
5. Develop and implement strategic KPI/KCI frameworks, cabinet notes, and BNSS/legal alignment documentation.
6. Drive project governance, reporting, and change management activities to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
7. Mentor and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to project goals.
