About The Role

We are seeking experienced and highly skilled programmers to join the

Comply Tech (Compliance Technology)

team. This team builds software to address various compliance needs, including applications that interact in real-time with trading systems and other processes to ensure compliance requirements are met. The work involves analyzing large volumes of data, generating accurate reports, and collaborating with business stakeholders to develop reliable, scalable, and robust solutions.

What You Will Do

Drive end-to-end project lifecycles, from requirement gathering to delivery and deployment.
Perform R&D to evaluate and adopt the right technologies.
Resolve production issues in applications and data within defined timelines.
Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to align solutions with organizational needs.
Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior developers.
Participate actively in code and design reviews to ensure high-quality standards.

Must-Haves

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
At least 8 years of total experience in software development.
Strong knowledge of software development principles, data structures, architecture, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong passion for technology.
Ability to work independently with focus and discipline, as well as in cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
