Our expertise includes the implementation and integration of Oracle Applications such as Primavera, Unifier, Primavera Analytics, Oracle Prime, and ERP systems. We offer pre-built solution-driven approaches that address unique challenges in various industries including Metro, Engineering & Construction, and Power & Solar sectors.

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Planning Engineer, based on-site in Ahmedabad. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day planning and project control tasks. Specific duties include creating project schedule and ensuring effective communication and coordination within the project team. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset.

Primavera Planning skills
Strong Analytical Skills
Excellent Communication skills
Experience in Project Control
Ability to work efficiently in an on-site role
Relevant degree or certification in Engineering, Project Management, or related field

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align timelines and deliverables
Monitor project progress and generate periodic reports for stakeholders
Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks or delays
Support baseline schedule development and change management processes
Integrate cost and resource data into schedules for earned value analysis
Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment with contractual milestones
Assist in preparing recovery plans and mitigation strategies when required
Ensure compliance with client specifications and internal planning standards

Desired Profile

Proven experience in Primavera P6 scheduling and planning
Strong understanding of project lifecycle, especially in logistics or infrastructure domains
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Project, and reporting tools is a plus
