Description
As an Oracle Presales Consultant, you will play a vital role in collaborating with the sales team and potential clients to comprehend their business requirements and offer tailored Oracle solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in showcasing the value and capabilities of Oracle products, contributing to successful sales outcomes and customer satisfaction. You will engage in various responsibilities, including: Sales Support: - Understanding client needs and aiding in the customization of Oracle solutions. - Providing technical expertise on Oracle technologies during pre-sales interactions. - Conducting meetings with potential clients to analyze their requirements and objectives. - Delivering presentations, product demonstrations, and technical workshops to showcase Oracle solutions. Solution Design & Architecture: - Designing Oracle-based solutions that meet client needs and business goals. - Assisting clients in selecting, integrating, and deploying Oracle products. - Creating proof of concepts (PoCs) to exhibit the functionality and benefits of Oracle solutions. Client Relationship Management: - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations. - Offering technical advice and recommending Oracle solutions to address client challenges. - Providing best practices to help clients optimize Oracle products. Proposal Development: - Collaborating with the sales team to develop compelling proposals with technical specifications and pricing details. - Assisting in the creation of RFIs, RFPs, and other technical documentation. Product Knowledge & Continuous Learning: - Keeping abreast of the latest Oracle product offerings, updates, and industry trends. - Sharing knowledge with internal teams and conducting training sessions as needed. Collaboration: - Working closely with Oracle product management, engineering, and delivery teams for successful project implementation. - Collaborating with marketing teams to create materials that support sales and technical demonstrations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in Oracle solutions presales or technical consulting. - Proficiency in Oracle product suite, including Oracle Cloud, databases, and applications. - Experience in solution architecture, system integration, and cloud-based solutions. - Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: - Oracle certifications, experience with enterprise software products like SAP or Salesforce, knowledge of industry-specific solutions, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
