The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. About the Role We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Tele Marketing Executive to support our B2B sales efforts. This role is responsible for reaching out to prospective clients over the phone, email marketing presenting our products and services, and generating high-quality leads for the sales team. Success in this position means consistently meeting lead generation targets, maintaining accurate call records, and building rapport with decision-makers to support sales conversions. The role plays a key part in expanding our customer base and driving business growth. Responsibilities Finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Experience working with CRM Tools, MS Excel, Google Workspace, Digital Marketing Tools. Required Skills Proactive communication skills. Persuasive selling abilities. Strong organizational skills. Preferred Skills Experience in B2B sales. Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
