Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Presales Solutions Consultant role based in India. The consultant will work directly with prospective clients, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored payment and reward solutions. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, preparing product demonstrations, and crafting proposals that showcase Budgetree’s offerings. The role also involves conducting competitive analyses, addressing client queries, and supporting the sales team to close deals and nurture strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Presales, Proposal Writing, and delivering tailored product demonstrations
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Payment Solutions, Reward and Recognition Systems, and Gifting platforms
• Proficiency in Client Communication, Stakeholder Collaboration, and addressing customer queries
• Analytical and Research Skills, with the ability to assess competitive landscapes and market opportunities
• Excellent Presentation, Business Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and high-pressure situations
• Experience in fintech or payment platforms and familiarity with B2B partnerships is a plus
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
