Inside Sales Executive - Entry Level

Budgetree is a fast-growing startup in the loyalty and rewards infrastructure space. We help businesses enhance customer and employee engagement through loyalty programs, ONDC integrations, gift cards, and UPI-based reward solutions.

Role Overview:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive - Entry Level at our Noida location. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with customers, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales. The day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify new business leads via calls, LinkedIn, and email
• Pitch Budgetree’s product offerings to startups, SMEs, and corporates
• Schedule demos and meetings for the sales team
• Maintain CRM with accurate lead and customer data
• Support onboarding and post-sale follow-ups

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn
• Familiarity with CRM tools (like Zoho, Hubspot) is a plus
