Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning

  : Develop and implement presales strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Client Management

• Market Research

  : Analyze market trends and competitive offerings to enhance sales strategies.

• Presentations & Proposals

  : Lead property presentations, create tailored proposals pitch as per requirement.

• Cross-team Collaboration

  : Work with sales, marketing, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client needs.

• Reporting

  : Maintain presales documentation and provide regular updates to senior management.

• Team Handling :

Key Requirements:

• Experience

  : 5+ years in presales Manager role in real estate (residential, commercial, or mixed-use)only real estate experience.

• Skills

  : Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Familiar with CRM tools and real estate software.

• Education

  : Bachelors degree in real estate, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).
