We’re seeking a motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving sales success. Key Responsibilities Lead Management: Handle and qualify incoming leads from various sources, including online platforms, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Identify potential clients and assess their requirements for better targeting. Client Engagement: Conduct initial calls to introduce company services and understand customer needs. Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients with the sales team. Build rapport with prospective clients, answering their queries and providing relevant project information. Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client details, status of leads, and feedback. Follow up with leads periodically to nurture them and keep them engaged. Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to final deal closure. Provide detailed client insights and requirements to the sales team for effective follow-ups. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly pre-sales activities and lead conversion rates. Suggest improvements to enhance the lead management and pre-sales processes. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the real estate market, ongoing projects, and competitor activities to provide accurate information to clients. Key Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively. Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
