Presales Executive

Designation: Pre Sales Executive Location: Khar West, Mumbai Experience : Min. 1 Year Salary: 25,000-35, 000 Joining Status: Immediately The Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for supporting the sales team by understanding client requirements, preparing tailored presentations, demonstrating product/service features, and creating proposals that address client needs. The role bridges the gap between potential customers and the sales/technical teams to ensure smooth client acquisition. Key Responsibilities:Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and business challenges. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution overviews to prospective customers. Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals, quotations, and tenders. Provide technical and functional expertise during the pre-sales process. Prepare documentation including proposals, business cases, and solution briefs. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, and operations) to design suitable solutions. Handle client queries and provide timely responses to build trust and confidence. Support the sales team in lead qualification and conversion. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments. Assist in creating marketing collaterals, case studies, and proof-of-concepts when required. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field. Proven experience in a pre-sales, business development, or client-facing role. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business benefits. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills. Team-oriented, proactive, and client-focused.
