Track and report performance of all digital campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs. Lead Generation & CRM Use marketing automation and CRM tools to nurture leads. Analyse funnel performance and improve lead conversion strategies. Social Media Management Manage company presence across social media platforms. Create engagement-driven content and monitor social trends relevant to the real estate market. Analytics & Reporting Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 2–5 Years of experience in digital marketing; real estate industry experience is preferred. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO and CRM systems. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with real estate buyer behaviour and sales cycles. Experience using platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding.
