Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to incoming inquiries.
Understand customer requirements related to real estate or home loans and share suitable options.
Follow up regularly with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Generate qualified leads for the sales team by engaging and building interest.
Schedule and coordinate site visits or meetings with the sales team.
Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system.
Share property/project details clearly and professionally with prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns.
Maintain excellent customer relationships through professional and timely communication.
Assist in preparing daily/weekly lead status and performance reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & basic English).
Confidence on calls and a positive attitude.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Interest in real estate sales or financial products (like home loans) is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
Must be proactive, organized, and target-driven.
