Role & responsibilities Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, ROAS, CPL, and CPA are met. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve campaign efficiency. Optimize ad spending and budgets to ensure maximum return on investment. Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign performance. Provide detailed campaign performance reports and insights to clients and internal teams. Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring their marketing goals are achieved effectively. Preferred candidate profile 6 Month -2 years of experience in Performance Marketing Proficiency in Meta Ads and Google Ads
