Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Handling & Qualification Manage incoming inquiries from marketing campaigns, property portals, and referrals. Make outbound calls to potential customers and understand their property requirements. Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and buying timeline. 2. Client Engagement & Coordination Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and offers to potential customers. Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to keep them engaged. Schedule and confirm site visits with clients, coordinating with the sales team. 3. Data Management Update lead information and follow-up status in CRM software. Maintain accurate call logs and inquiry records. Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports with the management team. 4. Support to Sales Team Ensure that qualified leads are passed to the sales team promptly. Provide sales executives with detailed lead insights before meetings or site visits.
