The successful candidate will provide legal support for various real estate transactions, property disputes, and ensure the company’s compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. You will be instrumental in drafting contracts, reviewing legal documents, and representing the company in legal matters related to real estate operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and counsel to the real estate team on property transactions, land acquisition, development, leasing, and sales. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as sale agreements, lease agreements, property titles, and contracts. Represent the company in court proceedings, hearings, arbitrations, and legal disputes. Conduct due diligence on property transactions, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met. Assist in resolving property-related disputes, including boundary issues, title disputes, and contractual disputes. Manage relationships with external legal advisors, consultants, and law firms. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent from a recognized university.
