Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Management: Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors with professionalism. Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers. Telecalling & Lead Management: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads. Explain property details, project features, pricing, and offers to clients. Maintain call logs, lead sheets, and follow-up schedules in CRM. Requirements: :Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience. Proven experience as a receptionist, telecaller, or customer service executive (real estate preferred). Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and [local language]. Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools. Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations.
