As a Sales Support Executive focusing on HNI Client Engagement, your role involves engaging with High-Net-Worth Individual leads generated through marketing efforts. Your responsibilities include: - Engaging with Inbound & Outbound leads (HNIs) via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their interests and requirements. - Qualifying leads based on predefined criteria and assessing their potential for conversion. - Gathering and documenting client preferences, investment interests, and financial goals to build a comprehensive profile. You will be responsible for effectively coordinating and scheduling meetings between qualified leads and the sales team. Ensuring timely follow-ups and confirmations to maximize appointment attendance. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of lead interactions and scheduled meetings in the CRM system. In terms of client relationship management, you will provide an excellent first impression, build rapport with prospective HNI clients, address initial inquiries, and provide relevant information to nurture interest. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads is also a key part of your role. Furthermore, your collaboration with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion strategies and tracking/reporting key metrics such as lead response time, qualification rates, and appointment conversion will be crucial. Providing feedback on lead quality to optimize marketing campaigns is also an essential aspect of this role. Key Skills & Qualifications required for this position are: - Experience: 2-4 years in pre-sales, inside sales, tele-calling, or client engagement, preferably in financial services, real estate, luxury products, or high-value sales. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage and influence HNI clients professionally. - CRM & Tech Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, email tools, and basic data management. - Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and a client-centric approach. - Multitasking Ability: Ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proactive Approach: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for high-quality client interactions.
