This job is for a resort in Darjeeling Accomodation, traveling and fooding will be provided. Food Preparation and Cooking: Preparing a wide range of dishes, from Bengali (mainly) and some chinese dishes and ensuring high-quality ingredients and presentation. Kitchen Management: Overseeing all kitchen operations, including stock management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Management: Generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads through calls, chats, and emails. Client Engagement: Understanding buyer requirements, addressing queries, and building initial relationships. Information Provider: Giving detailed information on projects, features, pricing, and market trends. Sales Support: Organizing site visits, preparing proposals, and creating persuasive property presentations. Collaboration: Working with marketing on campaigns and with the sales team for seamless handovers. Data Management: Maintaining records in CRM systems. Essential Skills: Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills (often in multiple languages like Bengali, Hindi, English in Kolkata). Negotiation & Persuasion: Convincing clients and managing expectations. Problem-Solving: Actively listening to customer issues and offering solutions. Market Knowledge: Staying updated on real estate trends and project specifics. Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport and trust with potential buyers.
