Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Pre-Sales Executive (Calling Profile) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, and initial solution briefing related to Agriculture Drones, Defense Drones, and Survey & Mapping Drones. This is a phone-based sales support role requiring excellent communication skills and an understanding of drone technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Proactively connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to introduce drone solutions.
• Client Qualification: Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on their needs (agriculture, defense, or mapping applications).
• Product Knowledge Sharing: Clearly explain features, benefits, and applications of:
• Agriculture Drones (for spraying, seeding, NDVI imaging)
• Defense Drones (for surveillance, tactical operations, long-range missions)
• Survey & Mapping Drones (for land surveying, topographic mapping, GIS applications)
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate meetings between the sales/technical team and qualified leads.
• Feedback Collection: Capture customer insights and share feedback with internal teams for product and service improvements.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Basic understanding of drone technology and applications
• Confident in handling outbound calls and customer queries
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office, XL

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
