Job Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with pre-sales activities such as preparing quotations, proposals, and presentationsCommunicate effectively with clients to understand their basic requirementsGenerate and manage invoices, delivery notes, and other sales-related documentsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and deliveryFollow up with clients for payments and maintain invoice trackingProvide administrative support to the sales and accounts department

Requirements:
Any GraduateExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Marathi, Hindi.Basic understanding of invoices and billing processesProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Good interpersonal skills and a confident, professional approachAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyWillingness to learn and grow within the organization
