Job Description

As an IT Pre-Sales Engineer, you will serve as the crucial link between our innovative technology solutions and our clients' business needs. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the sales team to design and present tailored solutions, delivering impactful product demos, and ensuring clients understand the real value our offerings bring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to deeply understand their business challenges and requirements.
  • Conduct engaging, clear, and persuasive demos to showcase how our solutions address client needs.
  • Partner with the sales team to design customized technical solutions.
  • Create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client goals.
  • Support sales with technical insights, Proof of Concept (PoC) coordination, and client training sessions.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Collect and relay client feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
  • Assist clients during onboarding and integration phases to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Identify relevant use cases to highlight the benefits and capabilities of our solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or similar client-facing technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, with specific knowledge of CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) solutions and integrations preferred.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging demos and create professional PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to craft customized solutions.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients solve complex challenges.
