Life & Annuities (L&A) Insurance Presales Head

Key Responsibilities

• Lead presales and solutioning activities across L&A accounts, including proposal preparation, RFP responses, client workshops, and presentations.
• Build and strengthen

  domain competency

  across the insurance vertical through training, whitepapers, and reusable solution assets.
• Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to develop differentiated offerings and go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct client assessments and support digital transformation engagements within the Life & Annuities space.
• Provide domain and technology advisory, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement

  GenAI and automation use cases

  to enhance business efficiency.
• Mentor and guide L&A Business Analysts, fostering growth in domain capability and delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

• 13+ years of overall experience

  with at least

  10 years in the Life & Annuities Insurance domain.

• Strong functional expertise across policy administration systems

  like FAST, ALIP, OIPA, DXC, FINEOS, etc., and

  commissioning systems

  such as P+, DSS, AMS, Callidus, or VUE.
• Proven experience in

  solutioning, presales support, and proposal development

  for L&A clients.
• In-depth knowledge of L&A business processes — new business, policy administration, billing, claims, correspondence, regulatory, and compliance functions.
• Experience with

  policy data conversion, functional testing

  , and

  business process optimization.

• Exposure to UK or European Insurance markets

  preferred.
• Familiarity with

  industry best practices

  and

  analyst recommendations

  in the insurance domain.
• Strong understanding of

  automation frameworks, analytics, and AI-driven solutions.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as

  LOMA, III, CBAP, CCBA

  , or other relevant business analysis credentials.
• Experience working in

  onsite/offshore delivery models.

• Proven ability to work independently while leading cross-functional teams.
