As a Solution Principal (pre-sales) at our company, you will be part of a highly motivated, dynamic, and target-driven team focused on driving high-priority pipeline opportunities for significant growth in the North America / EMEA region. Your role as an Individual Contributor will be fast-paced and ever-evolving, requiring you to embrace change and uncertainty with enthusiasm and determination. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to create industry and organization-specific messaging for lead generation. - Develop and implement a comprehensive opportunity plan with Account Executives (AE), incorporating both sell-to and sell-through strategies. - Strategize unique deal movements at every sales stage to clearly establish the HighRadius value proposition. - Take ownership of sales targets and strive to exceed them. - Understand customers' businesses to identify automation opportunities. - Create cost-benefit ROI, Business Case Models, and technical maturity assessments based on the scope of opportunities. - Familiarize yourself with our product and competitive offerings to effectively demonstrate our value proposition to clients. - Formulate and execute account strategies and long-term relationship roadmaps. - Collaborate with product, engineering, consulting, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Skills and experience needed: - 3-7 years of relevant experience in Sales/pre-sales/Solution Selling/Technical sales/Consulting in a closing/quota-bearing role is required. - Experience in implementing/selling Financial Consolidation & Reporting Products (OneStream, Vena, Hyperion, Board, FIS, Fluence, etc.) is preferred. - Passion for Enterprise and SaaS Sales with a knack for technology and client conversations about HighRadius solutions. - Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and the ability to engage with customers and internal teams effectively. - Ability to ideate, learn, and execute strategies to drive sales processes and achieve targets. - Understanding of the enterprise sales cycle model and consultative selling approach. - Focus on driving ROI, commercial, and product implementation strategies during sales and solutioning phases. - MBA preferred; graduates with relevant work experience (3+ years) are also welcome to apply.
