Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Pre-Sales Manager role located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Pre-Sales Manager will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, crafting tailored solutions, conducting product presentations, and preparing proposals. The role also involves providing technical assistance during the pre-sales process, collaborating with the sales team, and ensuring that customer needs are met effectively. Building strong client relationships and staying current with industry trends are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Pre-Sales activities, including requirement analysis, solution design, and customer presentations
• Technical knowledge in surveillance systems or related technology solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team-oriented environment
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to address client concerns effectively
• Willingness to work full-time from the Greater Chennai Area location
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the security or surveillance industry is a plus
