Role Description This is a full-time on-site Pre-Sales Manager role located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Pre-Sales Manager will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, crafting tailored solutions, conducting product presentations, and preparing proposals. The role also involves providing technical assistance during the pre-sales process, collaborating with the sales team, and ensuring that customer needs are met effectively. Building strong client relationships and staying current with industry trends are key responsibilities. Qualifications Expertise in Pre-Sales activities, including requirement analysis, solution design, and customer presentations Technical knowledge in surveillance systems or related technology solutions Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team-oriented environment Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to address client concerns effectively Willingness to work full-time from the Greater Chennai Area location Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in the security or surveillance industry is a plus
