Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement pre-sales strategies to support the sales team in acquiring new clients and projects.
Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and project teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
Oversee the preparation of detailed project proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and technical specifications.
Ensure all pre-sales activities are aligned with the company's overall business strategy and goals.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on pre-sales activities and performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in pre-sales, sales, or business development within the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends in India.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel as required.
