Designation : Pre Sales Head JD Location : Bangalore (Sadashiv Nagar) Experience : 10 to 12 years Budget : 35-40 LPA NOTE : We want candidates only from Real Estate pre-sales with a focus on residential & Plotted development projects Job Summary: - The Pre-Sales Head will be responsible for leading and managing the pre-sales function for residential real estate projects. This includes driving lead qualification, customer engagement, CRM management, and coordination with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth conversion of leads into sales. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, team leadership, and an in-depth understanding of real estate buyer behavior. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy Develop and execute pre-sales strategies aligned with business goals and sales targets. Build and lead a high-performing pre-sales team including tele callers, CRM executives, and lead managers. Lead Management Own the entire lifecycle of a lead from generation to handover to the sales team. Ensure timely follow-up, nurturing, and conversion of leads through efficient CRM systems. Monitor KPIs such as lead response time, engagement rate, and lead-to-site visit conversion. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with the marketing team to ensure quality leads are generated and nurtured. Coordinate with sales teams for seamless transition of qualified leads and feedback loop on lead quality. Liaise with project, legal, and customer relations teams to ensure accurate pre-sales communication. CRM & Reporting Manage and optimize the CRM platform for lead tracking, automation, and analytics. Provide regular reports and insights on lead funnel, pre-sales performance, and customer behavior. Training & Process Improvement Train the pre-sales team on communication, objection handling, and product knowledge. Continuously evaluate and improve pre-sales processes, scripts, and communication workflows. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strategic thinking and analytical mindset Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) Deep understanding of the residential real estate buying cycle Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive timelines Preferred Background: Prior experience in pre-sales in real estate, Exposure to both online and offline lead generation ecosystems Hands-on experience with digital marketing leads and campaigns Interested candidates can share there cv at jyoti.nath@accordsynergy.com or can call/watsapp at 6359743674
