Role Overview

translating client requirements into tailored IT SaaS solutions

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis

  • Work with the sales team to understand client business needs and pain points.
  • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and create solution design documents.
  • Map client requirements to IMAST SaaS solutions (DMS, SFA, Loyalty, Service Management, etc.).

Solution Designing & Presentation

  • Create and deliver 

    presentations, proposals, and demos

     tailored to client use cases.
  • Collaborate with the product and tech teams to ensure accurate solution alignment.
  • Highlight product differentiators and value propositions to prospective clients.

Proposal & RFP Management

  • Draft detailed 

    RFP responses, proposals, and technical documentation

    .
  • Define solution architecture, workflows, and high-level implementation plans.
  • Estimate resources and timelines in collaboration with internal teams.

Sales Enablement & Support

  • Train and support business development executives with solution knowledge.
  • Assist in preparing business cases, ROI models, and competitive analysis.
  • Act as the 

    bridge between clients, sales, and product/tech teams

     during the pre-sales cycle.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with the 

    delivery and implementation team

     for smooth project handover.
  • Provide inputs to the 

    product team

     for enhancements based on market feedback.
  • Participate in client workshops, pilots, and proof-of-concepts.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of 

    SaaS solutions, CRM, DMS, SFA, Loyalty, and IT applications

    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to 

    translate business problems into IT solutions

    .
  • Proficiency in preparing solution documents, proposals, and demo scripts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, IT, Rewards).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Business Administration.
  • MBA (preferred, not mandatory).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Presales / Solution Consulting / SaaS Sales support

    .
  • Freshers can also apply if passionate for IT sales
  • Exposure to 

    B2B enterprise SaaS solutions
