Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential property buyers.
• Qualify leads generated via marketing campaigns, property portals, and other sources.
• Understand client requirements and suggest relevant property options.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
• Maintain and update CRM tools with client details and interaction logs.
• Provide pre-meeting briefs, market insights, and property data to the sales team.
• Build rapport with customers and nurture leads until they are sales-ready.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high client satisfaction.
  

Key Requirements

• For Bengaluru location- Tamil language fluency is mandatory.

• 0- 3 years

  of experience in

  Pre-Sales / Inside Sales

  , preferably in real estate or B2C.
• Strong communication skills in

  English

  (mandatory).
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling client interactions.
• Knowledge of

  real estate trends

  and local property markets (preferred).
• Tech-savvy with hands-on experience in

  CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting

  .
