Job Description

As a Presales Consultant at Motadata, your role involves leading the presales team, collaborating with various departments, and developing compelling proposals and solutions for clients. Your responsibilities include understanding client requirements, shaping solutions, and ensuring seamless communication between sales and delivery teams. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in successful presales management. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the sales team and partners to understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions. - Conduct discovery calls, assess requirements, and gather technical specifications to tailor solutions for customers. - Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers and partners, both in person and virtually. - Accomplish sales by providing necessary pre-sales technical support, addressing compliance queries, analyzing gaps, and estimating customization efforts. - Gather and document customer requirements, prepare solution architecture, technical proposals, presentations, Statements of Work (SOW), and hardware/software sizing. - Set up Proof of Concepts (PoC) as per customer requirements and stay updated with industry trends and competitor products. - Assist the development team in understanding requirements, defining scope of work, and engaging in product training. - Improve product marketability, coordinate new product development, and integrate suitable third-party products/solutions. - Assist in developing sales strategies, go-to-market plans, and relay customer feedback to the product development team. - Attend industry events, conferences, trade shows to network, generate leads, and support the company's growth. Qualifications: - Experience with NMS or ITSM solutions such as SolarWinds, WhatsUpGold, PRTG, Freshworks, ServiceNow, BMC, etc. - Experience in designing solution documents and proposals for NMS tenders. - Basic knowledge of Networking, Server, Application, Cloud, SDN, and IoT technologies. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. - Deep understanding of at least one area of infrastructure mentioned above. - Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and willingness to travel as needed.
