Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and generate appointments for the sales team. Engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements, budget, and preferences. Provide project details, features, pricing, and location advantages to prospects through calls, and emails. Maintain follow-up communication with clients to nurture leads until site visits or sales closure. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and confirm site visits. Manage and update the CRM system with all lead interactions, status updates, and follow-ups. Assist in pre-sales campaigns, digital marketing lead management, and database management. Ensure timely responses to customer queries and deliver high-quality customer service. Support sales managers during promotions, events, and exhibitions.
