Pre Sales Consultant

As an experienced candidate with a minimum of 2 years, you will be expected to provide technical support to customers via meetings, phone, or email. Your role will involve offering technical expertise to the client throughout the sales process. You will be responsible for presentations, Sales Engineering support, assisting in the creation of Bill of Materials (BOM), assisting in the creation of Scope of Work (SOW), and should be familiar with running the CCW tool. Additionally, you must be available as a pre-sales resource for sales and engineering, showcasing excellent customer service skills both on the phone and in person. It is essential to maintain a professional demeanor, possess good communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to think quickly and provide solutions efficiently. You should have comprehensive knowledge and be able to design, plan, implement, and support IT solutions effectively. Moreover, you are expected to have expertise in IT infrastructure designing and implementation, as well as a solid understanding of High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), Networking design, and related concepts.
