Pre Sales Consultant

As an experienced candidate with a minimum of 2 years in Sales & Marketing, preferably with a Graduate degree in any specialization, you will be expected to provide technical support to customers through various channels such as meetings, phone, or email. Your role will involve offering technical expertise to clients during the sales process, including presentations, Sales Engineering support, assisting in Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, Scope of Work (SOW) assistance, and proficiency in running CCW tool. You will serve as a pre-sales resource for both sales and engineering teams, demonstrating excellent customer service skills both over the phone and in person. Your professional demeanor, combined with strong communication skills, will be crucial in ensuring effective interactions with clients. In this role, you are required to have the ability to think critically and provide solutions promptly. It is essential that you possess comprehensive knowledge and the capability to design, plan, implement, and support IT solutions effectively. Your expertise should extend to IT Infrastructure designing and implementation, and you should be well-versed in High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), Networking design concepts, and related areas. Additionally, preference will be given to candidates with certifications such as CCNA and CCIE.
