Pre Sales Consultant

As a Technical Solution Specialist at i2k2, your role will involve proactively scoping the technical solutions required to address customer requirements. You will assess both met and unmet needs of customers and recommend optimum solutions, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed architecture. It is essential to take a solutions and consultative sell approach to accurately meet the needs of our clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Liaising with the Solution Manager and Development team to understand the details of product direction and design. You will be responsible for communicating this information back to the sales team. - Ensuring that the Pre-Sales resources evolve in line with the Sales Team's stated requirements. - Attending scheduled client meetings to discuss and understand their requirements effectively. - Acting as a Project Manager for each deal if required, to ensure the final solution is delivered to meet the customer's expectations and initial proposals. - Delivering effective and professional presentations on i2k2 products and services to clients. - Monitoring market trends actively through personal contact with clients, industry-associated meetings/events, and seminars.
