Team Praxis works with entrepreneurs/founders and C-suite to the front-line executives across business streams, helping them with end-to-end business enablement, organizational transformation, and revenue maximization support in an agile environment. #GrowWithPraxis About The Role We are seeking a high-performing Manager to join our Financial Services (Insurance and investments) practice in Mumbai. As a Manager, you assume responsibility for managing the entire analytical process and project delivery, supporting clients in solving their most critical business problems through deep domain knowledge and strategic insight. Managers run projects end-to-end, have full ownership of the deliverables, and create client delight while providing leadership to the team. Managers engage in interactions with Founders and CXOs and shape senior-level thinking. You provide answers, explain strategic implications, and help with analyses that shape important business decisions. You will also play a key role in developing client relationships and contributing to business development, defining problem-solving approaches tailored to the client context. You also help foster a culture of inspiring colleagues, helping them grow and build skills for their own personal growth to the next level. As such, your team's successes will also enhance your own personal results story. This is a Partner track role and is a unique opportunity to establish yourself as a thought leader in the space. Key Responsibilities Leading consulting engagements in the financial services (Insurance and investments) space with minimal guidance, managing full project lifecycle from scoping to delivery Frame complex client problems, develop compelling solution and approaches, and oversee high-quality execution Support leadership in ensuring positive client impact, project success, project management, team development and training Be extremely focused on outcomes; Be flexible to deal with ambiguous and dynamic environment, morph as required Mentor and manage high-performance teams of 3-4 consultants, ensuring analytical rigor and thought leadership Build trusted relationships with clients and lead key presentations to CXO-level stakeholders Drive high-impact deliverables, drawing on data, research, and practical business sense Actively contribute to proposal development and BD efforts in consumer and internet practice Collaborate with Praxis practitioner partners to integrate industry expertise Support talent acquisition and capability building within the firm What We Are Looking For 5+ years of consulting or equivalent experience at a reputed consulting firm working across growth strategy, sales and productivity improvement, digital transformation and deals, in FS (Financial Services – Insurance and investments). Relevant industry experience is a plus Track record of owning and delivering complex projects with measurable impact Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to frame a problem, define an approach to solving it and work-planning for delivery Effective communicator who can work seamlessly with clients and internal teams Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team management capability with experience in leading teams of 3-4 members in a project-based setup Entrepreneurial mindset with high drive and energy to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment Strong grasp of the consulting toolkit Qualifications Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution; strong academic background MBA from top-tier institutions (IIM A/B/C/L/I, ISB, XLRI or equivalent global B-school) preferred, not mandatory High energy, self-starter attitude with a passion for consulting and client success Show more Show less
