**Job Description:** As a Presentation Designer, you will work closely with our Project Leadership to create clear and engaging presentations using sharp visuals, animations, and tailored graphics. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing with purpose by understanding the content of presentations and utilizing best design practices to create layouts for optimal viewing. - Consulting on the visual story and flow of content to create engaging presentations. - Creating clear and easy-to-understand data visualizations. - Re-designing PowerPoints within clients" brand guidelines. - Designing custom graphics, from icons to isometric illustrations. - Assisting on large-scale projects, including high-visibility conferences. - Communicating with clients and interpreting design feedback. - Conceptualizing new branding and/or designs for clients, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. **Desired skills and experience:** - 5+ years of graphic design experience. - Degree in graphic design, illustration, or related field. - Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Intermediate drawing and rendering skills. - Excellent written and verbal comprehension. - Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills. - Strong sense of visual aesthetics and typography. - Ability to quickly digest and follow directions. - Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, mainly Illustrator and Photoshop. - Exceptional understanding of basic design principles. - Experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Experience in speaking to clients either through email, on the phone, or in person. - Commitment to personal and professional development. - Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks. - Desire to excel and grow within the company. - Ability to work independently as well as with a team. - Experience in a leadership role and/or leading a team. - Constructive and positive attitude with a great sense of humor. **Required Skills:** - Creative Thinking. - Attention to Detail. - Time Management. - Reading Comprehension. - Critical Thinking. - Ability to create PowerPoint presentations and knowledge of graphics and visualization tools such as Adobe CS 5 Suite is an added advantage. - Ability to take complex information and translate it for use in graphic visualizations. - Experience in developing different types of B2B content and visualizations. - Ability to collaborate with multiple diverse groups across teams. - Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills. - Flexibility to work on shifts. - Ability to handle stringent timelines with accuracy. - Team player with the ability to collaborate and motivate stakeholders. - Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately. In addition to the job role, you will also work as a TL-Loan Servicing professional with 5 to 8 years of experience overseeing loan servicing operations. Your responsibilities will involve: - Overseeing daily loan servicing operations for smooth and efficient processes. - Utilizing MS Excel for data analysis and report generation. - Communicating effectively in English to coordinate with team members and stakeholders. - Implementing best practices in asset management operations. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align loan servicing with organizational goals. - Monitoring loan servicing performance and identifying areas for improvement. - Developing strategies to optimize asset and wealth management processes. - Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. - Providing training and support to enhance team members" skills and productivity. - Resolving customer inquiries promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. - Leading initiatives to automate and streamline loan servicing tasks. - Conducting regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Preparing detailed reports on loan servicing activities for management review. **Qualifications:** - Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting. - Strong English communication skills for effective collaboration. - Experience in asset management operations. - Knowledge of asset and wealth management processes. - Ability to work in a hybrid model with minimal supervision.,
