- Identification of potential suppliers for EV
- Floating RFQ & getting quotes - SOR feasibility study & initial discussion with suppliers for HV parts like Motor Battery pack , DC-DC converter , Thermal system , HV Charger & HV cables. - Should be costing - Technical synthesis of supplier-part matrix for decision making and submission of quote synthesis - Development of components through process planning, identification of required FTG & execution - Process establishment & assembly line prove-out at supplier end - APQP monitoring & VPPAP process completion - Develop MIS for tracking progress, timelines, and issues.
