Role & responsibilities As a Paint Shop Maintenance Engineer at our clients Paint Shop in Dharwad, you will be responsible for daily monitoring, patrolling, and maintenance of Conveyors other equipment, in collaboration with the client's Production Team. Your role will involve in adhering daily cleaning schedules, strictly monitoring the ED circulation and actively resolving any issues arising in equipment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and other stakeholder in Paint Shop to drive continuous improvement, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations without equipment failure. Your expertise in equipment upkeep and attention to details will play a vital role in delivering superior services to our customer. Preferred candidate profile - Electrical Maintenance 1 Vacancies & Mechanical Maintenance 1 Vacancy. Equipment and Machinery: Troubleshooting of PLC/VFD - Mitsubishi. Doing best maintenance practices to ensure that PT-ED line and Top Coat Line equipment and machinery, and conveyors are well-maintained and operating at optimal levels. Execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Attend breakdown to start and restore the line in the minimum possible time. Production Start-up, Running and Stop: Do the Production Star-up and Stop on daily basis as per clients Production Schedule. Monitor the running lines and do the daily Patrolling of equipment and process as per client's check sheets. Ensure that the PT-ED line and Top Coat Line operates smoothly and efficiently to meet production targets. Follow the tank cleaning schedules given by the quality team to establish and maintain quality standards for PT-ED line and Top Coat line processes. Work closely with production, quality, and other contractual teams for smooth running of equipment while addressing any issues or challenges related to line operations. Collaborate with client to raise alarms related to any unnecessary line stoppage due to unavailability of spare parts related to equipment. Energy Saving and 5S Activities: Actively participate in maintaining the 5S in plant and controlling Red-Tag and White-Tag system at line. Adherence of standard operating procedures, and quality requirements while running the plant in optimized conditions for energy saving. Follow the culture of learning and continuous improvement alongwith the PT-ED line team. Health and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and regulations in all areas.
