Key Responsibilities 1. Sales and Business Development Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to secure repeat business. Develop strategies to increase market share and revenue in assigned territories. 2. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, logistics companies, and other key stakeholders. Provide clients with customized solutions to meet their cargo needs. Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues. 3. Revenue and Target Achievement Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Negotiate rates and secure contracts with clients. 4. Market Analysis Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Provide feedback and recommendations to the management team for service improvements. 5. Documentation and Reporting Ensure accurate documentation of contracts, rates, and other agreements. Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the management team. 6. Coordination Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient handling of cargo. Collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing and payment issues. Skills and Qualifications Educational Background : Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Experience : 1-2 years of experience in air cargo sales, freight forwarding, or logistics. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with cargo management systems and CRM tools. Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
