Role Overview:We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist to join our digital marketing team. This role requires hands-on experience in managing and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media channels. The ideal candidate will bring a data-oriented approach to lead generation and ROI-driven advertising. Key Responsibilities:Paid Advertising (PPC):Plan, execute, and optimize lead-generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance.Continuously monitor and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS, and quality score.Create and A/B test compelling ad copy and landing pages to improve engagement and conversions.Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to ensure best-in-class campaign execution. Collaboration:Work closely with the SEO and content teams to align paid campaigns with overall digital strategy.Collaborate with designers and developers to create landing pages and creatives that boost performance. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field.MBA (completed or currently pursuing) is preferred.Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are a plus.Certification in Digital Marketing required. Experience:Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns, especially Google Ads.Demonstrated success in achieving campaign KPIs and generating high-quality leads. Skills & Competencies:Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other PPC tools.Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign data.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Self-starter who thrives in a hybrid work environment.
