Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area for a Performance Marketing Executive. The selected individual will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms, utilizing data analysis to optimize results. The role involves market research, strategy creation, campaign performance monitoring, communication with stakeholders, and the identification of growth opportunities to ensure successful project outcomes.


Experience: 3+ years hands-on performance marketing


Focus: Acquisition efficiency, signal integrity, controlled scaling


CORE OWNERSHIP


● Own CPA / CAC / ROAS end-to-end, with decisions driven by data validity and economic efficiency rather than platform automation.

● Diagnose performance degradation across ads, audiences, attribution, and landing pages with defensible logic.

● Architect intent-pure campaign structures (Brand / Non-Brand / High-Intent) to preserve signal quality and bidding efficiency.

● Govern keyword portfolios using Exact, Phrase, and selectively Broad, supported by aggressive Search Term mining and negative frameworks.

● Transition bidding strategies (Manual CPC → Max Conversions → tCPA) based on conversion density, not recommendation prompts.

● Quantify impression share loss across rank vs budget to isolate Quality Score degradation from spend ceilings.

● Maintain conversion schema hygiene by aligning macro goals with bid-driving events and auditing GA4/Ads attribution drift.

● Construct funnel architectures that preserve cold acquisition signals by enforcing audience exclusion logic and minimizing feedback-loop pollution.

● Deploy broad targeting only when creative-market resonance produces stable post-click efficiency; otherwise constrained with intent proxies.

● Monitor frequency acceleration and creative decay curves to preempt marginal CPA infl ation.

● Evaluate creatives via downstream efficiency (CVR, cost per qualifi ed action), not engagement-based proxies.

● Test creatives at the angle, hook, and offer level, identifying false-positive CTR and misleading CPM signals.

● Scale budgets conservatively via vertical thresholds and horizontal duplication without resetting learning stability.


Must Required:


Independently operate Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel/CAPI, attribution diagnostics, performance dashboards, and post-click analytics to validate data integrity, diagnose efficiency decay, isolate funnel vs traffic failures, and make CPA/ROAS decisions without relying on platform automation or corrupted signals.

Evaluate true performance incrementality beyond platform-reported conversions, accounting for retargeting overlap and view-through bias.
