SOCIAL MEDIA PERFORMANCE CREATOR — AI-FIRST|

ROLE OBJECTIVE
Own social media growth using AI as a core engine, not a support tool. You are expected to ideate, create, test, publish, analyze, and improve — end to end, with zero hand-holding.
Success = growth, engagement quality, consistency, and learning velocity.
CORE OWNERSHIP
● Take full accountability for content ideation, execution, performance analysis, and iteration.
● Use AI deliberately to increase speed, scale, consistency, and creative leverage — not to produce generic content.
● Treat social media as a performance channel, not a posting activity.
AI-FIRST CONTENT EXECUTION
● Independently use AI tools to generate content ideas, scripts, hooks, captions, visuals, and variations.
● Build repeatable content systems using AI prompts, workfl ows, and experimentation logic.
● Adapt AI outputs with human judgment, originality, and platform-native understanding.
● Continuously test formats, hooks, tones, and storytelling structures using AI-assisted iterations.
PLATFORM & GROWTH RESPONSIBILITIES
● Create and publish platform-native content (Reels, Shorts, Posts, Carousels, Stories) with intent.
● Understand how algorithms reward retention, saves, shares, and watch time — not just likes.
● Track performance and refi ne content based on what actually moves reach and engagement.
● Identify patterns in winning content and double down with structured experimentation.
ANALYTICS & RESULT OWNERSHIP
● Measure content performance using platform insights and custom tracking.
● Identify why content worked or failed — hook, format, timing, or message.
● Optimize content strategy based on data, not assumptions or trends alone.
● Show consistency in output and improvement in results.
● Must have personal or professional social media work to showcase (own page, brand page, experiments, or case studies).
● Must clearly explain:
○ What you built
○ Why you built it
○ What AI tools you used
○ What results you achieved
○ What failed and what you learned
No showcase = no interview.
