PPC Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning:

- Develop and implement monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules based on customer requirements and available resources.

- Coordinate with the production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.

2. Capacity Planning:

- Analyze plant capacity and identify bottlenecks to optimize resource utilization.

- Propose plans to balance workload and enhance production efficiency.

3. Inventory Management:

- Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory to avoid overstocking or shortages.

- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the timely availability of materials.

4. Process Optimization:

- Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement strategies to enhance productivity.

- Ensure adherence to lean manufacturing principles and reduce production lead times.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Track production metrics (e.g., OEE, cycle times, downtime) and prepare performance reports.

- Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements in planning and execution.

6. Cross-functional Coordination:

- Work closely with the sales, procurement, quality, and logistics teams to align production plans with business objectives.

- Handle communication with clients regarding production status and delivery timelines.

7. Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all production activities.

- Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory, and other PPC-related documents.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education:

- DIPLOMA/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
